12th annual Dia de los Muertos festival hosted by the City of Edinburg Cultural Arts Department, spanning Edinburg City Hall to the Promenade Park Amphitheater with art, music, folklorico and Aztec dancers, Official Catrinas, and a community procession beginning at 7:00 PM. Free and open to the public; kids zone offers unlimited rides with a $5 wristband.
